Steps for Ordering Sunscreen Manufacturing from the Factory
STEP 1 Choose Your Desired Sunscreen Formula
Provide details on the properties, extracts, texture, color, and scent of the sunscreen you wish to produce, or test sample products from the factory’s standard formulas with our sales team.
-Factory Standard Formulas: Minimum production starts at 500 pieces per formula.
-Custom Formula Development: Minimum production starts at 1,000 pieces per formula, with a development fee of 5,000 THB per formula (VAT not included). Includes up to 3 adjustments.
STEP 2 Create a Quotation and Process the Deposit for Production
Once the customer finalizes their desired sunscreen formula, the sales representative will prepare a quotation and provide details along with terms and conditions for the customer’s acknowledgment. The customer will then proceed with the deposit payment to initiate the production process.
STEP 3 Handle the process of obtaining various documents, designing logos, and product labels.
Assist with FDA registration and provide documentation services for both domestic and international export under the customer’s brand name. The process takes 7–14 business days. Our sunscreen manufacturing factory offers logo and label design services for customers, requiring 7 days for completion. Customers must approve the design before proceeding with packaging production.
STEP 4 Entering the Sunscreen Manufacturing Process
The sunscreen manufacturing factory takes 35-40 working days to complete the process, including production, filling, packaging, and quality inspection.
STEP 5 Settle the remaining payment before product delivery.
After the sunscreen production is completed, our staff will notify you of the outstanding balance and provide the delivery schedule. Customers are required to make the payment as per the quotation provided before the delivery of the products.
STEP 6 Proceed with the delivery of all products.
After the payment is made according to the quotation, the sunscreen manufacturing factory will proceed to deliver the products to the customer on the agreed date, time, and location.
