About DIP Trademark
Trademark refers to mark or symbol
or sign used for product or service. Marks under protection of Trademark Act B.E. 2534 amended by Trademark Act (No.2) B.E. 2543 are divided into 4 types as follows :
- Trademark refers to symbol or sign that represents that the product carrying this trademark is different from other products of other brands.
- Service Mark refers to any mark that distinguishes service of each organization which has different service mark.
- Certification Mark refers to any mark that is certified by the brand owner to certify quality of such product or service.
- Collective Mark refers to any mark or symbol identifying the meaning that is collectively understood. It is used by company or enterprise in the same cluster, members of a body of persons, or any other public or private organization.
